How do I do it? There’s a process, but it’s not the same for every client. I don’t employ a one-size-fits-all process with my clients and I don’t come up with one-size-fits-all answers, because your organization isn’t quite like any other organization.

Frankly, a lot of what I do is based on common sense, hard work and a genuine commitment to your success. I take a long, hard look at your company, products, services, markets and competition. I figure out what makes you different, what makes you better and how your customers think. I distill that down to some key messages or selling points, put together a plan, execute the plan and evaluate the results–continually. And because my clients are partners, there’s always a lot of back and forth and show and tell along the way.
